Situated on Liverpool’s waterfront, The Keel has a rich history.
Originally built in 1785 and was the former HM Revenue and Customs building, it underwent a £30m conversion in 2015, becoming the UK’s first privately funded Build to Rent (BTR) scheme. By 2018, it had become the first stabilised BTR scheme to trade purchased for £46.75m.
